The price depends on the number of cameras, the length of the event, the venue and what you want to get – the stream, the recording or also edits. After a short consultation we prepare a non-binding quote.
Ideally a stable wired connection with enough upload speed. We check the connection in advance during a site visit or test – and if it is not enough, we suggest a solution.
YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and a player on your own website. We can also stream to several platforms at once.
Yes. We set the stream as unlisted – viewers can watch it only through the link you send them, or on a password-protected page of your website.
A training or webinar often needs one or two cameras. A conference with a panel discussion, a concert or a festival usually three or four. We work with one to four cameras.
Yes. Many clients only want a high-quality recording of a conference or training to publish on their website or use in internal education. We can also edit it talk by talk.
Yes. We bring a guest from Zoom or Teams into the stream and, if needed, show them to the audience in the hall as well. That is how a hybrid event works.
Ideally two to three weeks ahead, so there is time for a site visit and graphics. If your date is sooner, write to us anyway – it can often be done.
