What personal data we collect and why
Contact form
When you write to us via the form on the website, we process your email address, the text of your message and – if you fill it in – your phone number, so that we can reply and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is sent from our web server (Websupport, s. r. o.) by email directly to our mailbox. To protect against spam, the server stores an encrypted (hashed) fingerprint of your IP address for 10 minutes.
Traffic statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you consent in the cookie bar do we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for anonymous traffic measurement. Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Embedded videos and maps
YouTube videos and Google Maps load only after you click on them. Videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After you click, the content behaves as if you visited YouTube or Google Maps, and these services may collect data about you according to their own policies.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages from the contact form for as long as necessary to handle your request and any cooperation, but no longer than 3 years, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting documents).
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. To run the website we use only the necessary processors: our web hosting and email provider (Websupport, s. r. o.) and – only with your consent – Google Analytics.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent. If you believe that the processing violates the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
